Dr. Mahesh Ramalingam is an Associate Professor in the marketing department at the Institute of Management Technology Hyderabad. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Hyderabad. He teaches Marketing Management, Marketing Research, Marketing Analytics, Customer Relationship Management, Big Data Analytics, Visual Analytics and storytelling, and Business Research Methods. His primary areas of research interest are consumer behaviour and services marketing and retailing. His research has been published in reputable journals like, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, and International Journal of Bank Marketing.
