Pranay Sindhu is an Assistant Professor at IMT Hyderabad in the area of Marketing. He has completed his MBA in Technology Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, and his research investigates the influence of internal and external touchpoints on social commerce pages. He is interested in exploring the influence of Artificial Intelligence based technologies like chatbots and voice assistants on consumer behaviour in online retail platforms. His research has been published in ABDC listed journals. He reviews papers for various ABDC listed journals. Pranay teaches various subjects in his domain such as Marketing Management I and II.
