Mastering People Management and Team Leadership
IMT H conducted a Two-Day Management Development Program on "Mastering People Management and Team Leadership" for the Executives of Transporeon – A Trimble Company.
A heartfelt thanks to Transporeon HR Team for entrusting us with this opportunity and for providing invaluable insights that shaped this robust program. Special thanks to Professor Romina Mathew and Professor Pavan Kumar Balivada for conducting the enriching two-day leadership sessions. These sessions were a perfect blend of self-exploration, game simulations, activities, group discussions, and presentations.
The program concluded on a high note with a valedictory function graced by the presence of Professor V C Chakrapani, Professor & Dean (Academics) IMT H. Professor Sarath Babu, Chairperson-Executive Education: IMT H, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the participants for their dedication and successful completion of the program. He also welcomed them to the prestigious IMT H Executive Education Alumni Association.
