Distinguished Speaker Series by Mr. Ashish Bhalla

Mr. Ashish Bhalla, Director - HR HCL addressed the students of the incoming batch of 2023-25. He said that MBA is about understanding how to make the right decisions at the right time in order to succeed in life. Mr. Bhalla advised students to choose specializations that are aligned with their interests and focus on gaining holistic practice-oriented understanding around the chosen specializations. He also highlighted the superior work culture and HR practices HCL Technologies. He was also joined by Ms. Saman Wasim who briefly addressed the students on the HR specialization and its importance.
