Fundamentals of Alternate Investments in Commercial Real Estate

IMT Hyderabad, 6th September 2024: Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad hosted a speaker session on "Fundamentals of Alternate Investments in Commercial Real Estate," led by industry expert Mr. Ayush Bhagat, Platform Solutions Group (PSG) Manager at Oxane Partner. The speaker is a distinguished professional with an impressive academic background, holding a BTech and an MBA degree from IIT Roorkee.

Mr. Bhagat, possessing extensive knowledge in real estate investment, shared his expertise on key areas such as the role of alternate investments, market trends, and potential risks & rewards. He discussed the significance of diversification through real estate assets and explained innovative investment strategies to navigate the current market environment. The session also delved into topics like Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), private equity in real estate, and the impact of regulatory changes on the sector.

Further, the students were encouraged to engage in an interactive Q&A session, where they gained clarity on various investment vehicles and career opportunities in this growing field.
