IMT Hyderabad successfully conducted a two-day Executive Development Program on “Building Productive Workplaces” for the executives of Aurobindo Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The highly customized program was designed to build interpersonal dynamics for High-Performance Executives.
The program consisted of a mix of individual and group exercises, concept sessions, team building activities and personal fitness and explorations. The experiential-based activities helped the participants to enhance their abilities to authentically engage, communicate, and influence.
After daylong sessions and activities, participants also had a chance to hear the inspirational journey of the Aurobindo leaders. The evening session “Learn to Inspire” commenced with the welcome address by (Dr.) Sarath Babu, Associate Professor & Chairperson – Executive Education, IMT Hyderabad. Professor Sarath welcomed all the leaders and participants of Aurobindo Realty and Infrastructure. He also briefed everyone about the importance of continuous learning and the various training programs the institute is conducting for corporates.
The event proceeded with a speech by Mr. Goppisetti Srinivasa Rao, Group Head, HR. He thanked IMT Hyderabad for this two-day training program on Building Productive Workplaces for Aurobindo Realty & Infrastructure executives. He elucidated three major aspects of Learning stating that ‘Learning is not about knowing facts but training the mind to think”, Accepting Change and Adapting the change in the process of growth.
Dr. V C Chakrapani, Professor & Dean (Academics) IMT Hyderabad addressed the participants with his views on inspiration. He also shared his experiences and beliefs on building trust and teamwork.
Prof. (Dr.) Pavan Kumar Balivada, Program Director congratulated the participants for taking steps for the future. He appreciated the guests for their valuable time and thoughts, proposed the vote of thanks, and formally concluded the Learn to Inspire session.
Day two started with concept sessions and activities on time management and building high-performance teams. Participants also participated in the group presentation conducted to capture the training effectiveness.
