Distinguished Speaker Session By Mr Avishek Mohanta

Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad has proudly hosted Mr. Avishek M., Regional Head HR Sodexo, and an alumnus of IMT Hyderabad from the batch of 2012-14, during the ABHYUDAY-Management Orientation Programme (Batch of 2024-26) on 21st June 2024.

Mr. Avishek Mohanta explained his professional journey through various esteemed companies, ultimately leading to his current role at Sodexo. He shared valuable learnings from his life, emphasizing the importance of embracing feedback, becoming a lifelong learner, building relationships, and being a proactive problem solver. His advice on understanding time and money well provided a new perspective on the corporate world and illuminated career paths in HR. He answered numerous student questions, clearing doubts and offering new understandings.
