Campus Connect Session By Mr. Nishith Parikh
IMT Hyderabad, 03rd August 2024: Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad recently hosted a dynamic campus connect session featuring Mr. Nishith Parikh, Co-founder and CEO of Hornback E-mobility Private Limited. The event provided a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to gain invaluable insights into the world of startups and innovation.
Mr. Parikh captivated the audience with the inspiring story of Hornback E-mobility's rapid ascent, transforming a mere concept into a thriving enterprise within a span of just three months. He shared the challenges and triumphs of building a sustainable business from the ground up, emphasizing the importance of identifying and addressing customer needs through innovative solutions. The company's commitment to sustainable mobility through its green business model further aligns with the growing consciousness of environmental responsibility.
During the session, Mr. Parikh highlighted two key takeaways for students entering the professional world. First, he stressed the importance of embracing uncertainty and making decisions with courage and intuition. He explained that navigating the unpredictable business landscape requires a willingness to take risks.
The second takeaway focused on the concept of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity). Mr. Parikh emphasized the need for adaptability in an ever-changing environment. He advised students to not only acquire skills but also cultivate adaptability, especially as AI continues to reshape industries. He also spoke about the significance of self-belief in becoming an effective leader.
A lively Q&A session followed, allowing students to engage in insightful discussions with Mr. Parikh. In recognition of his contributions to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Mr. Prakash Pathak, Head of the Corporate Relations Office (CRO), presented Mr. Parikh with a memento.
