Campus Connect Session By EPAM
IMT Hyderabad, 13th August 2024: Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad hosted a campus connect session by EPAM. During the session, students gained valuable insights into EPAM and its upcoming student engagement program. Mr. Naresh Sutravey, Senior Business Analysis Manager at EPAM, captivated the audience by sharing the company’s vision to be the best Product Development Services company in India.
Mr. Santanu Mukherjee, Senior Manager, People Partner at EPAM, further enlightened the audience by sharing EPAM's uniqueness. He also shared the working pillars of EPAM, which included people practices, engineering excellence AI, agile management, and product excellence. Mr. Santanu then explained how business analytics bridges Business and IT, and product development bridges Business and Market. He highlighted how EPAM's people practices motivate its employees to be humble, hungry, and smart.
The session also featured an alumni interaction with Mr. Sumit Kumar, who currently serves as a Business Analyst at EPAM. He had a candid interaction with the students of IMT Hyderabad, sharing his experience at EPAM and as a business analyst in the corporate world. He shared how EPAM focuses on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) when it comes to employees. Then, the session had a Q&A segment, where the young, curious minds asked their queries, leading to a great interaction between the presenters and the audience.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Snigdha Sarkar, a first-year student, which included gratitude to the entire EPAM team and Mr. Prakash Pathak, Corporate Relations Office head, for their presence. Mr. Prakash Pathak presented mementos to the EPAM team as a token of thankfulness for their contribution to enriching the minds of the students of IMT Hyderabad.
