LDP on Mastering People Management & Team Leadership for Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd.
IMT Hyderabad conducted the third batch of the transformative Two-Day Leadership Development Program focusing on "Mastering People Management and Team Leadership" for the executives of Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. on Feb 7th & 8th. Executives from across Eastern, Northern, and Central zones embarked on an incredible journey with us.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Mrinal Sengupta for entrusting us with this opportunity and for providing invaluable insights that have shaped this robust program.
The LDP commenced with the welcome address by Professor A. Sarath Babu, Associate Professor & Chairperson – Executive Education, IMT Hyderabad. Professor Sarath welcomed all the participants of Advance Auto Parts. He also briefed everyone about the importance of continuous learning and the various training programs the institute is conducting for corporates.
A special thanks to Professor Romina Mathew and Professor Pavan Kumar Balivada for conducting enriching two-day leadership sessions. These sessions included a perfect blend of self-exploration, game simulations, activities, group discussions, and presentations. The participants also explored a wide range of topics, from building high-performance teams to fostering a positive workplace culture. The insightful discussions, real-world case studies, and interactive sessions allowed them to gain valuable insights and practical tools that can be applied in their professional roles.
The program concluded on a high note with a valedictory function graced by the presence of Professor V C Chakrapani, Professor & Dean (Academics) at IMT H. Professor Chakrapani urged the pioneers to fully embrace their learnings, encouraging them to apply their knowledge effectively.
