Inauguration Management Orientation Program

Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad inaugurated ABHYUDAY 2024 – Management Orientation Program (Batch of 2024-26) on 19th June 2024. The inauguration ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing a bright beginning. The occasion was honored by the presence of distinguished speakers including Mr. Swastik Bihani, MD and Country Head, GHX India; Dr. Satakarni Makkapati B.Engg, PhD, MBA, CEO CuraTeQ Biologics & Director, AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD, Dr Ravi Prakash Mathur, Vice President Supply Chain Management and Global Head of Logistics at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Mr. KV Mahidhar Executive Director and Head, CII Institute of Logistics.

Mr. Swastik Bihani emphasized the importance of adapting to technological advances, embracing change, focusing on customer needs, and fostering inclusivity and empathy to drive successful business practices. Dr. Satakarni Makkapati built on this by discussing essential management principles, such as aspiration, purpose, learning orientation, crisis management, healthy competition, mindfulness, stepping out of comfort zones, self-improvement, and global competitiveness. Dr. Ravi Prakash Mathur highlighted the intersection of technology, business processes, and innovation in today’s business landscape, while Mr. KV Mahidhar pointed out the dynamic nature of the logistics and supply chain management sector, noting the increasing demands and expectations.

The Director of IMT Hyderabad, Prof. Dr Sriharsha Reddy, addressed the students, emphasizing that IMT Hyderabad is entering a new era marked by greater collaboration with the industry to better cater to its needs.
