Leadership Program on Building Resilient Leadership for Navigating Change for Advance Auto Parts India
IMT Hyderabad successfully conducted a one-day Leadership Program on “Building Resilient Leadership for Navigating Change” for the senior leaders of Advance Auto Parts India on Thursday, 15th Feb’24. The highly customised program delved into various facets of resilience, emphasizing the critical role it plays in leading through times of uncertainty and transformation. Key components of the program included fostering resilience in teams, developing personal resilience, and honing emotional intelligence, all essential qualities for resilient leadership.
A special thanks to Professor Romina Mathew, Professor Pavan Kumar Balivada and Mr. Sriram S for conducting enriching leadership sessions. These sessions included a perfect blend of self-exploration, game simulations, activities, group discussions, and presentations.
In a transformative session led by renowned expert BK Yogesh Kumar, participants were guided on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Through mindfulness practices, meditation, and self-inquiry, participants experienced profound shifts in their mindset and outlook, laying the foundation for lasting personal transformation.
The Leadership Program commenced with the welcome address by Professor A. Sarath Babu, Associate Professor & Chairperson – Executive Education, IMT Hyderabad. Professor Sarath welcomed all the participants of Advance Auto Parts. He also briefed everyone about the importance of continuous learning and the various training programs the institute is conducting for corporates.
Mr. Mahender Dubba, Managing Director at Global Capability Center, Advance Auto Parts addressed the participants and emphasized the significance of making the most out of the program. Mr. Dubba underscored the transformative potential of the program and urged participants to seize every opportunity for growth and development.
The Program concluded with the valedictory ceremony graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Sriharsha Reddy, Director, IMT Hyderabad. Dr. Sriharsha commended the participants for their commitment to personal and professional growth throughout the program.
