76th Republic Day Celebrations

Hyderabad, 26 January 2025: IMT Hyderabad celebrated the 76th Republic Day with an electrifying display of patriotism. The event began with a warm welcome to the faculty and students, reflecting the pride and prestige shared by all citizens.

The celebration commenced with a spirited march-past by the security personnel, showcasing their dedication and valour for the motherland. Prof. (Dr.) V. C. Chakrapani, Dean- Academics, graced the occasion as the chief guest. He hoisted the national flag and delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of unity and shared values in building a strong nation. The National Anthem reverberated through the crowd with deep passion and reverence, evoking a profound sense of love and commitment to the nation. Additionally, he honoured the security personnel by presenting them with certificates in recognition of their invaluable contributions.

The vibrant performances by IMT Hyderabad’s cultural club, Antragna, brought life and energy to the event. Alongside Team Dhanak, Team Dhwani, and Team Navrang, captivated the audience with remarkable showcases of music, dance, and drama. These heartfelt acts beautifully celebrated India’s rich cultural heritage, inspiring a profound sense of pride and unity.

The event served as a poignant reminder of our shared responsibility to uphold the values that define our nation and to work toward a brighter, united future.
