HUMAN RESOURCE AREA Dr. Romina Mathew Dr. Romina Mathew is a Professor at IMT, Hyderabad. She has around two decades’ experience as an academic in the area of OB and HRM in leading B-schools. Besides teaching, she has handled multiple administrative roles including Chairperson PGP and Examinations. Prior to academics, Dr. Romina worked in an NGO, where she was involved in Women’s Empowerment Project. Dr. Mathew has completed the Global Colloquium on Participant Centered Learning from Harvard Business School, Boston and Master Teacher Program from ISB, Hyderabad. She is an active member of the CII Telangana HR & ER Panel, where she works on bridging the industry academia gap. Dr. Shabnam Priyadarshini Dr. Shabnam Priyadarshini is an academician and researcher with about 2 decades of experience in the area of OB and HR. She completed her doctorate in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh on a UGC Fellowship. She has published in journals of repute. She is also a qualified and accredited test administrator for MBTI, Thomas International PPA - HJA, TEIQ and 16PF. Some of her areas of interest are personality, workplace attitudes and behaviour, diversity, and gender. Dr. Tumpa Dey Dr. Tumpa Dey is currently teaching HR/OB courses at IMT Hyderabad. She completed her doctoral studies from the XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur. In her dissertation, Prof. Tumpa Dey explored the role of work engagement, intrinsic motivation, and the role of supervisors and co-workers in understanding creativity in organsizations. She has also delved into a novel psychological concept of harmonious passion in understanding creativity. Prior to joining XLRI as a research scholar, Prof Tumpa worked in several research projects in XLRI School of Management including one with the Former Managing Director at Telco Construction Equipment, Mr. Sharon Ghandy. She has undertaken various Management projects with Centre for Family Initiatives – TATA Steel, and worked closely with the then Director of the Centre., worked for various projects with UNFPA, Indian Chapter, JRD Tata Trust and other NGOs in and around Jamshedpur. Prof. Dey has taught in various B-Schools in Kolkata as Visiting Faculty and in Jadavpur University as a Guest Lecturer. She has also been a faculty in the HR area at IBS, Hyderabad.
