Manifestation is the deliberate attention given to the power of attraction in cultivating what is desired in life. In simple terms, it is the intentional focus of one's thoughts on achieving a desire. This can be through the words one speaks, the thoughts one has, the actions one does, or even what one chooses to hear.
Manifestation is a repetitive action. It gives hope, which comes from clarity. From hope comes confidence, confidence yields better goals, and a clear vision. This is when the fog of confusion in the brain is converted to consciousness. Manifestation can be short-term or long-term, detailed or abstract.
Although there is a difference between wishing for something and being ready to receive it. One needs to be practical and not overconfident in life. Is what we are asking our mind to do, something we really want and is best for us? If not, visualisation can yield negative effects. It can trickle one down from eustress to distress.
This happens when every aspect of one’s consciousness is not in alignment with what they are manifesting. Manifesting on a surface level comes out of haste, comparison, and other superficial emotions. One needs to be fully aware of the cost of what they are visualizing. Manifestation must result from emotions that are deep, enduring, and authentic.
Every action and inaction serves a deeper, strongly etched purpose. This purpose is rooted in one’s mind, shaped by the environment one is exposed to, in the initial stages of life. These factors might be hindering the realization of one’s manifestation.
One’s mind can stop a person from performing. This happens when the goal in mind is in contradiction to the deeply etched beliefs in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind has its convictions shaped at a time of life when the conscious mind is not fully formed. As a result, when our conscious mind is in effect and ready to get better, this inner belief system dominates our thoughts and might act like a block. Scary, isn’t it?
Be that as it may, there are ways to know where to look amongst ourselves when we feel “not in control” of our thoughts. Manifestation should be taught to oneself by oneself through consciousness. Revisiting goals time-to-time will help. We discover more of ourselves every day when deliberate effort is put in. The purpose of revisiting our goals would be to align our changing interpersonal traits with our goals. That is when our manifestation becomes free-flowing rather than unnatural.
So let’s take our time and gain clarity. Little consistent effort goes a long way.
