Arun Kumar Biswal joined IMT Hyderabad as Asst Professor (Operations Management) after completing PhD from IIT Kharagpur. He received B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Rourkela and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE) from NITIE, Mumbai. Prior to pursuing PhD, he worked for Private/Govt. organisations for close to ten years in the domain of Project Management and Supply Chain Management. He is a certified PMP and CSCP from PMI and APICS respectively. His research interest includes Humanitarian supply chain,RFID application in supply chain, Inventory inaccuracy, and Food security. He teaches Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Lean Six Sigma and MCDM at IMT hyderabad.
